In bacteria prostatitis sexual transmission of bacteria is common but hematenogenious , lymphatic and contiguous spread of infection from surrounding organs must also be considederd
the presence of inflammatory cells inn the glandular epithelium and lumen of the prostete , with chronic inflammatory cells in the periglandulor tissue .

give analgesia to releive discomfort
give stool softners to relieve the discomfort of bowel movements

advice patient to practice warm baths for the relief of low back pain and also pain in the genital area
monitor patient after antibiotics therapy is complete , to ensure there is no lingering infection
