tbh I don't really know yoga ... do you?
one thing is that yoga, as practised here, is often reduced to simply physical exercises, e.g. slowing down breathing . now Alexander had a problem with that as he believed people were forcing their body through yoga, rather than discovering the hidden misuses,

we are almost always phys tense without knowing it; or in places we aren't aware of. e.g me on sax .- stretching my lips rater than closing them around MP.
