Reporting methods: assess the perceptions, thoughts, behaviours, feelings and past experiences of the child, parents and teachers. Instruments include relatively unstructured clinical interviews, highly structured diagnostic interviews and questionnaires.
Keep in mind who is reporting;
-with a self-report measure, a child or parent will provide info about their behaviour, feelings, thoughts.
-informant-report measure, a person who is well acquanited with the child will provide info based on their observations of the child.
