Tried taking TV out of room, going to sleep at the same time every night and waking up at the same time every day. This didn't help his sleep. Wants to try sleepbeta so that he can see his own data and understand on his own what he needs to do to get out of this negative sleep cycle

Hadn't self tracked before but began with the FitBit as soon as he received it. Very keen on tracking and checks data regularly already. Had some sleep patterns from FitBit to talk about in the first interview
