These Conversations Explore the Assumptions Behind our Value Propositions and Seek Better Understanding of our Members' Awareness of any of these concepts
In addition to discovering general membership awareness of Vision Mission and Value Proposition fundamentals, the most likely signifcant value from these conversations is the very fact that they are taking place and the ability to capture any dialogue or thoughts that they spark.
Per our initial testing, the number of answer choice options was reduced from 5 to 3.

You will want to have your caller be sure to have the FPA website HOME PAGE open on their computer, or if you are Screen Sharing, you will share this FPAGP Homepage

Best Value is a 4 pak for $500. We are encouraging teams to attend in order to have greater odds of putting information learned to practice in their firms
Each Board Member randomly assigned 5 members to call
Suggested Process:
1) EMAIL your member first to let them know you will be calling, seeking 15 minutes of there time for a pre-scheduled call, for you to walk through a membership value conversation with them
2) Call them to set the conversation date on both of your calendars. Ask them to spend some time ahead of the call on the Home Page of the chapter website. Slot 15 minutes.
3) Call them at the agreed upon time/date and walk through the questions, YOU USE THE SURVEY MONKEY TOOL AS THE CONVERSATION INFORMATION COLLECTOR.
4) Collect any additional information in the appropriate comment boxes.
