A research
In UK, researchers looked at 30 best-selling bars, choosing ones that were supposed to be the healthiest. They found that 16 of those bars had more than 30 percent of sugar. They also found that they were high in saturated fats.
Some things to consider
The research found that cereal bars have 18 gr of sugar, that is four teaspoons, the same sugar that a can of Coca-Cola has.

Bars should not contain added sugar more than 2.6 grams and aound of 5 grams of each of fiber, protein and fat.
