    - - Debt opens up to higher risk to the business if a downturn in the economy occurs.
  - - - Personal Surety, placing your assets as collateral for the debt.

    - - The EASYNESS of borrowing make cause you to be held back from coming up with a better/ harder solution.

      - The use of BORROWED money can cause a false sense of security that causes a correctable situation to grow into an out of control problem.
      - Debt can cause delay by borrowing more money instead of dealing with the real problem.
