        OKRS are Big, not Incremental, we don't expect to hit all of them
      - Poor done OKRS are a waste of time
        
        Simple Rules
        
        Objectives express goals and intents
        
        must be realistic
        
        must be tangible objective and non-ambiguous
        
        it should be clear to a rational observer wheter the objective has been attained or not
        
        the objective must be valuable for google
        
        Objectives are the whats
        
        Key results are the hows
        
        express measurable milestone, which when achieves advances the objectives in a useful manner
        
        must describe outcomes not activities
        
        if the key result include words like consult, helps, analyze or participate they descirbe artivities
        
        instead describe the end user impact of these activities. e.g. publish average and tail latency measures from 6 colossus cells by end of march
        
        must include evidence of completion, and this evidence must be available credible and easily discoverable
        
        change list
        
        links to docs
        
        notes
        
        and published metrics reports
        
        cross teams okrs
        
        should include all the groups who must materially participate
