O Lord arise, lift up your hand, not forget the afflicted

In arrogance, the wicked hotly pursue the poor

he says in his heart, "I shall not be moved.; throughout the generations I shall not meet adversity."(but how the author can tell?)
he says in his heart, "God has forgotten, HE has hidden His face, HE will never see it."
the wicked say in his heart, "YOU will not call to account"
In the pride of his faces, the wicked does not seek him
all his thoughts are, "there is no God."
his mouth is filled with cursing, deceit, and oppresssion
