How do we reimburse volunteers for WVP?
Resources: What kind of resourcing can we realistically expect - staff, budget, time etc
Reward and recognition: Can we incorporate the program into the VCLP
Do we reimburse volunteers from community groups or ex-teachers/principals too? Or do we just focus on recruiting UTAS Students
Should we start the CU pilot in the NW and concentrate on the Alab in the South?
More Cu staff to run it in the NW but greater need for the program in the South
