An IEP team is formed, which can include student, parent, general education teacher(s), special education teacher, specialist(s), psychologist, counselor, representative of the district, and/or administrator.
IEP Meeting: Within 60 days of the district's receipt of a signed Assessment Plan, the IEP Team work together to outline student's strengths, weaknesses, and related goals to form the IEP.

Student receives Related Services, which were determined during the IEP process.
