3) SurveyMonkey: Demographics - used to help board members comprehend that there are skills and knowledge items specific to nonprofit board service, and to get a sense of what prior board experience each board member may have had. QUESTION: Are we including the General Circle in the Strategic Planning Day? Pros and Cons... NOTE: We have used this for Orientation in the past: Will stick to this pattern in the interests of time.

Quick review of prior strategic planning sessions
obj: show where history is stored, note prior usage of classic tools like SWOT - forward motion to more dynamic tools that measure our improvement (or not) over time

Fair Review of the path taken to result in current Vision & Mission statements, and the evolution of the Branding Strategies to support all communications fundamentals and website as the Virtual Hub. Set the stage for what Values Statements do to impact HOW the chapter operates, HOW the board makes policy, and HOW the metrics that matter might be shaped or re-priortized.
