      - Medisave/PMI: check eligibility of individual ; see if they are covered under basic insurances and/or individual insurances ; check how much is covered
      - Financial counselling duty signed and completed: act as proof whereby FC had been his/her job and may refer to them the necessary authorities for further financial help ; for the sake of the FC to not get sued by patient ; signature needed for patient knowledge to prevent being sued or legal cases
      - Means testing duly signed and complete: acknowledge mean testing are done and information are provided to patient in case of legal issues ; conduct means testing to see how much subsidy patient can receive for
      - Letter of Guarantee: document issued by insurer for hospitalisation and/or surgery. Hospital will waive cash deposit and payment of bill up to the limits of the insurance and subject to policy terms and conditions. Bill insurer directly ; ensure one will pay ; secure payment
      - Health insurance card/MCPS: Singapore civil service enjoy further benefit in clinic/hospital
      - Public Assistance Card/Medical Fee Exemption Card: eligible patient on different card they applied might receive further subsidised
    - - Patient from nursing home: retrieve medical history from nursing home ; information include (patient subsidised, how much)
      - IMH treatment for patient: go for further check-up to prevent them from harming themselves or others ; know that patients is incompetent, thus further intervention in place to prevent from harming themselves or others
