      - Client factors are used to determine strengths and barriers to improve fit for performance. The client factors must fit within the environment to provide an equal, dynamic transaction to influence performance. By identifying strengths and barriers within the person and environment, interventions can be targeted at the barriers to improve overall performance (Wong & Fisher, 2015).
