Structures
Capillaries
Single layer of endothelial cells. They're so thin to allow for easy diffusion of nutrients and oxygen into tissues, and byproducts out of the tissues.

Arteries
Tunica intima -> tunica media -> tunica externa. Respectively, epithelial layer with elastic properties, smooth tissue (thickest layer), connects artery to tissue. Elasticity allows stretchiness to allow more or less blood if need be.
