Non caveating granulomatous disease, often starts int he lungs but can affect anywhere, erythema nodosum, hypercalcaemia (with normal PTH) and high serum ACE

Long term O2 therapy
Give if non smoker PaO2 <7.3 on 2 occasions 3 weeks apart; PaO2 7.2-8 and one of HTN, polycythaemia, oedema or nocturnal hypoxia; terminally ill
