This will potentially facilitate site efficiencies to be realized. An aspect of the site assessment is to identify benefits that may be realized and to develop a compelling business case (if that exists) to justify future investment. - Needs to be added to the Charter for a stream & signed-off

Create companywide awareness, understanding and benefits offered by track and trace and serialization
Deliver a capability to equip any finished product with a unique identifying bar code to provide supply chain visibility and grower connectedness for each bottle, case and pallet
Design & Implement the platform, physical infrastructure and subsequent ways of working in support of the above mentioned capability
Coordinate and support capital projects in sites to adhere to and take advantage of the umbrella blueprint designed as part of this program

Enable creation of serialization for products through a governed data and system architecture
Provide and develop a core solution by robustly testing value capture track and trace use cases

During 2018 and 2019 the program team will work with various Fill and Pack sites in all regions to run pilot implementations to prove not only the business case but to also implement core capabilities that can be leveraged commercially in the regions these sites supply.
