Singular: myself, yourself, herself, himself, itself, oneself
Plural: ourselves, yourselves, themselves
A reflexive pronoun is used as the object of a verb or preposition when the subject of the sentence and the object are the same person.

The emphatic reflexive pronoun can immediately follow a noun or pronoun, or como at the end of the clause.
