For our dish we are incorporating a teriyaki sauce to marinate our chicken. This sweet and sour sauce is typically found in Eat Asia, originating from Japan. Its a current trend in Asia at the moment, and has been taken to a worldwide scale and teriyaki dishes are served globally
Africa
To season our dish we are going to be making a spicy aioli which will include a variety of flavours from all over the continent, including: paprika from South Africa, cumin from North Africa, cinnamon from East Africa and a Berbere spice blend from Ethiopia in East Africa
