loyalty to the company, have a positive impact in my area and contribute to making the company successful
acquisition of Shang-Mat
negative, was too fast, several shortcomings as impact, was not thought trough
overlooked unresolved financial issues of Shang-Mat, not problems
aligning structures & processes of 2 companies id now the most important thing to ensure smooth operations and quality
to create perfect alignment between my department & SM finance department - a big challenge, very high additional workload
already found room for improvement: found that important data was missing in the finance reporting tool that i introduced in the organization. My goal is to correct it and ensure 100% quality

FORWARD project
-
i am aware that he/she should spend 20-30% of own capacity on the project and i have to inform the project lead if there are capacity crunches; neither had time nor capacity nor the motivation to inform the project lead though
my situation in the finance department has much higher priority than the project, urgently need full capacity of Rick
"How am i supposed to take care of the daily business if every day new challenges in collaboration with SM pop up?"
-
"rick is one of my best employees, he helps most where he is right now"
-
initial behavior
express lack of interest (lean back, cross arms)
-
-
capacity topic - stay stubborn, shaking head
