2.To provide excellent services to all our clients through our custom designed employee engagement practices so as to ensure the contentment of all employees.
- To attract prospective clients through marketing and sign on 5 clients each quarter. POA- Extensive market research for identifying key requirements of organizations with respect t to employee engagement. Organize a publicity campaign to establish first line of contact with clients.
4.To provide cheap, low cost, agile solutions for improving the current employee engagement practices to choose from. POA:Extensive research into the existing best practices for employee engagement, SWOT analysis of the existing practices, Provide an array of solutions for the client to choose from.
1.To procure 20 stable clients from various sectors who require our services to improve their employee engagement practices over the next year.
5.To keep all our client’s employees satisfied and engaged. POA:To ensure quick and adaptable implementation of the selected strategies, Monthly follow ups with clients, Continuous evaluation and contingency measures.
