check word count
start with intro to summarise context, also state indirectly why you're writing the email
next, describe specific issues: lack of seafood, uncooked vegetables, pizza cold
next, address second bullet point "poor service"
finally, summarise the action you require.
Part 2: Responding to survey Qs (1 Q)
Strategy:
opening paragraph compares your choice and states why it's better "e.g. our city has plenty parks so but no museums."
second paragraph gives a second reason to support my option
third paragraph - not critical, but can include a third supporting point. end by contrasting vs the rejected option again to further strengthen argument.
end with "so as far as i'm concerned, Option B is the better choice"

Strategy:
speak directly to the person
provide >=3 suggestions
give practical reason for each
signal each idea with phrase/word: "If I were you", "another idea", "one final thought"
use correct tone: helpful and thoughtful

Strategy:
Talk about just one, - give lots of descriptive detail
use past tense
get the listener to feel what you felt
Task 3: Describe a Scene
Strategy:
start general then focus on details
build a picture / be descriptive
end with a wrap-up statement
include something that expresses my feelings or people in picture
Task 4: Making Predictions
Strategy:
use imagination to paint a future picture
make use of surrounding objects/people to create scenarios
think forward, think actions, think feelings!
be creative, but be realistic (no movie plots)
