- What CSO capacity building is required?
- What relationship/partnership should the ANP have with CSOs?
- What role do the ANP and the CSOs have in developing campaigns?

- What forms of cooperation may the ANP require in future with other ministries in order to be functional/effective?
- Who exactly do we need buy-in from in order to ensure the long-term existence of the ANP?
- What advocacy strategies can we adopt to ensure buy-in?
- What contingency strategies may need to be developed should the ANP be restructured? How can we mitigate this risk?

- Are selected CSOs disseminating narratives in line with the core messages?
- What campaigns are more effective and why?
- Which audiences are accessing the campaigns? Who are the target audiences?
