Scope
Supporting the development and implementation of a workforce leads workplan
Actions relating to the progress and completion of the SW ADASS adult workforce leads workplan and the overarching priorities, developing themes related to the workplans, for example creating surveys, prepare briefings and/reports on policy, specific themes or identifying research and facilitation of the south west adult workforce leads policy development group.
Facilitating communication and meetings including production and circulation of meeting notes, convening speakers.
Identifying examples of best practice in South West ASC services and beyond that can be shared
Working with performance leads to analyse workforce data
Support the communication between ADASS South West and ADASS, Health Education England, Skills for Care and education training providers
Organise an annual SW ADASS adult workshop (if req
Deliverables
Co-ordination of four meetings per year of the South West ADASS adult workforce leads network (3 days per meeting to support development and progress of the work programme)
Production and circulation of meeting notes.
Preparation of reports for ADASS SW as required;
Maintain links with the ADASS (national) workforce priorities
Ensure there are links across the ADASS SW network
Other SW ADASS groups as needed
Annual workshop (funded separately)
