CREATE AN ANALYSIS
What I am already good at creating and how can I elevate my skills in that area? (Ex: I'm already good at drawing and I usually pick the drawing option when I have a choice in product. SO: Try another form of art you have always wanted to explore.)
What mode of expression do I use infrequently and would I like to improve my skills? (Ex. I am nervous to give a speech, but would like to improve my speaking skills. SO: I can make a podcast or vlog so that I can use my speaking skills, but have the opportunity to do multiple takes and do not have to do it live in front of an audience.)
