Keep the body straight while sitting in a chair. When sitting, straighten your back and align head and shoulders in one straight line.
Take a break every half and hour and move to relieve stress from sitting too long. Standing, walking and stretching are helpful.
Use posture-friendly props like back support cushions or leg rests when sitting in front of the computer.
Use furniture suitable for your height, so your feet touches the ground while you push your hips as far back as they can go in the chair.

Adjust screen to eye level, so that you do not need to strain you neck.

If you are using the computer, just watch it for 30 mins.

After looking at the computer for 30 mins, look at something green from a long distance from you.
Another exercise fore your eyes is, to rub your hands until it is hot and put it on your eye
You can also get your thumb out and put it on your nose, then move your thumb to the front of your nose, then put it back to your nose, but remember your eyes have to follow your thumb and you can do that for 2 mins
