Examination
Neuro - reduced GCS, UMN signs, seizures
Cardio/resp - low BP, high RR
Derm - cherry red skin (fatal poisoning),
skin blisters (long lie)
Investigations
Bloods
ABG - high Hb-CO, acidosis (tissue hypoxia),
sats/PaO2 often misleading

Bedside
Obs - low BP, high RR
ECG - may have signs of ischemia

HPC - fire, heater, car
PPH - self harm, suicide attempts?
