Amman: we cannot create a school culture which is friendly for adivasis through technical or bureaucratic interventions. Instead, the classroom and the school should have the presence of people who understand and care for their culture.
Amit: I felt the Ashramshala teachers must get an exposure of issues related to tribal education and processes of their inclusion-exclusion in the school. session on adivasi issues
