This week we will explore branding. Branding is an area that we, as consumers, often take for granted but I think you will be as fascinated by its intricacies as I am. By the end of this Unit, you will be able to examine a successful brand using the lens of brand equity, we will discuss elements of strategy necessary to create a successful brand, and finally, we will analyze the risks, benefits and social implications of expanding a brand to new, global markets.
