Conflict as Destructive

When we shy away from conflict in our interpersonal relationships it could be that we do so because we conceptualización it as destructive to our relationships.

Conflict is expressed struggle between two or more independent parties who perceive incompatible goals, scarce rewards, limited resources and interference from the other party in achieving their goals.
Conflict to me means difference in opinions that lead to a struggle and fight. I didn't think conflict could be productive to me its destructive. Its interesting how many different types of conflicts their are.
