- - - - 50-75mg pyrimethamine & 1-4g sulfadiazine daily for 1-3 weeks
        
        Half the dosage continue for another 4-5 weeks
    - - 1mg/kg daily for 2-4 days 0.5mg/kg daily for another 4weeks with usual paediatric dose of sulfadiazine

        6.25mg once weekly
        
        1st dose should be taken 1-2 days before arrival in endemic area, continue admin during stay & for 4-6 weeks after leaving the area
      - 4-10yr
        
        12.5mg once weekly
      - 10yr
        
        25mg once weekly
    - - 25mg as single dose once weekly
  - - - 75mg pyrimethamine + 1.5g sulfadoxine
        
        Single dose
    - - 7-13yr
        
        50mg pyrimethamine + 1g sulfadoxine
      - 1-6yr
        
        25mg pyrimethamine + 500mg sulfadoxine

        12.5mg pyrimethamine + 250mg sulfadoxine
