Infections: High fever, severe chills, persistent sore throat

Dosing (taken with food)
Toxoplasmosis

1mg/kg daily for 2-4 days 0.5mg/kg daily for another 4weeks with usual paediatric dose of sulfadiazine
Prophylaxis of malaria

<4yr
6.25mg once weekly
1st dose should be taken 1-2 days before arrival in endemic area, continue admin during stay & for 4-6 weeks after leaving the area
