(Is there a negative impact of having a lot of baffle stacks? Witnessed a specific picture where there are VERY compressed baffle stacks. Would this cause too much over pressure?
, If downsized to the 1.3" baffles, would you need to have special sizing die for the forming of the baffle? Would the center punch be enough?
, Need to check if there are different freeze plugs with the triple hole drilled in them for the first few baffles to reduce pressure
and SD Tactical has the Challenge coin to drill out for the first baffle. Would they have that for the other diameter, what is the exact purpose of that coin? Strike baffle being the first and hardest hit? Would have that drilled out to the max weapon diameter? Maybe .45 eventually?
(Seriously considering doing an adapter that does a full overlap of a barrel. Specifically for a bolt action build.

and Every caliber is going to have to have it's own end cap and it's own adapter to the threading of the muzzle device . This will create the right suppression by cutting off the last gas and adapting to the space
