An oxygen enriched reading of 25% requires an immediate withdrawal of all personnel until necessary safety factors can be met.C. A combustible gas reading of any amount requires the withdrawal of personnel until necessary safety factors can be met. A combustible gas reading of 25% LEL is considered the average of the relative response levels and an immediate evacuation of the area is required.D. Air samples indicating 5% ppm (50,000 ppm)is considered the average of the IDLH standards and requires Level A entry.E. Radiation readings of 2 millirems requires continuous monitoring of the area. Readings of 10 millirems requires immediate withdrawal and technical assistance, notify the Passaic County Radiological Officer.F.
