Gerunds: watching, throwing, seeing
Present - watching, throwing, seeing (used as adjectives or adverbs)
Past - watched, thrown, seen (used as adjective) and Switching from a present participle to an infinitive can change the meaning of the sentence.
Present Participle can express a result
The infinitive form may represent an intention and give no indication of the actual result.
