Introduction⁉
Body Language is very relevant to management and leadership, and to all aspects of work and business where communications can be seen and physically observed among people.
Body language goes both ways:
1.Your own body language reveals your feelings and meanings to others.
2.Other people's body language reveals their feelings and meanings to you.
Facial Expressions (Each movements of the face elements communicates a state of mind)

Body Posture (The way you place your body and arms and legs, in relation to each other, and in relation to other people)
The Head (Movement and placement of the head, back to front, left to right, side to side, including the shaking of hair)

2.Help to reveal truths and lies⚠
Liars avoid eye contact as the eyes are the windows to their lying souls
Liars clear their throat, stammer or change their pitch as if to try and sway your attention away from their lie
EYES: Your eyes are often the piece of body language other see or notice. they can be used to make visual contact, express feeling based on intensity and length of eye contact and the like.
POSTURE: Your posture includes how you hold your head, shoulders legs, arm,and hips. each of these part are your body work separately as well as together to send non-verbal cues. examples : tilting your head, slumping your shoulders, turning your hips sideways and the like
foot tapping, blushing, putting their hand to their face, turning away or raising their shoulders may show that they are uncomfortable with the conversation
Body Language is a significant aspect of modern communications and relationships.
MOVEMENT : Your movement, whether using your entirebody or just part of your body, is both flexible and commanding. for instance, moving toward another person may send a massage of dominance or assestiveness. while moving away from another person may send a massage of avoidance, submission or simply bringing the interaction to close.
3.Indicate that someone is paying attention or not.✅
Leaning back: he was disinterested or felt himself superior
Listen to someone while avoiding eye contact: not really paying attention, but wait for your chance to speak
Leaning forward: this person is interested in conversation
TOUCH: These is the one of the most powerful element of body language. it is capable of communicating so many different ways. touch is usually divided into four main categories :
- friendship
- professional

4.intimacy.
FACE : your face is a major source of expression when communicating with others. it can smile, frown, remain neutral, show anger, show disgust, indicate you want to speak and show interest

looking right (generally): possible meanings; creating, fabricating, guessing, lying, storytelling.
-creating here is basically making things up and saying them.
looking left (generally): recalling, remembering, retrieving 'facts'
-recalling and then stating facts from memory in appropriate context often equates to telling the truth.
widening eyes: interest, appeal, invitation. - generally regarded as asign of truthness, however practised liar know this and fake the signal.
looking right and up: visual imagining, fabrication, lying.- related to imagination and creative(right-side) parts of the brain, this upwards right eye-movement can be a warning sign of fabrication if a person is supposed to be recalling and stating facts.
looking right and down: accessing feeling.- it can signal that the person is self-questioning their feelings about something.
