Social media strategy coaching for the three
partner organizations that were hosting the
IFC Conference in Africa (NOV 2011)

Facilitated a peer learning session at the annual Agriculture grantee convening for ~30 grantees,
and piloted a new method called “Living Case Study” that encourages peer sharing of lessons being learned.

For example: case studies of Roots of Change and Grist.org (both featured in Measuring the Networked Nonprofit)

“Living Case Study” method picked up by the World Bank, who extended the
method to use in capturing lessons learned from development projects

Designed and delivered two webinars on Integrated Social Media
practices and Twitter best practices for over 30 participants.

Served as a technical expert on a IIE- (Institute for International Education) and PRH-developed project,
“Becoming a Networked NGO: Using Social Media Effectively”. The project included a 4-day intensive
face-to-face workshop and a virtual peer learning program, over six months, for a cluster of PRH grantees
in India and Pakistan.
